Air fryer green bean chips are light, crunchy, and absolutely delicious.
I love all chips! Potato, okra, karele, broccoli, sweet potato, etc, they’re all good! Except kale chips! That sh#$ just makes no sense at all. Kale is gross and best left for rabbits and people with broken taste buds. Air fryer green bean chips are so easy to make that you’ll soon find excuses to keep a batch of these suckers at the ready.
There’s no big secret to making green bean chips. You coat the green beans in oil and spices then pop them in the air fryer for 15-ish minutes. I want to pretend it’s a big proprietary secret and that if you don’t use my recipe verbatim you’ll be at a loss. But if you ask me, the best recipes are the recipes that give your a broad stroke then allow you to do with them as you please. Especially if it’s for a snack. Snacks are supposed to be fun and easy! They shouldn’t require 25 steps or sacrificing your first born.
The best part about these chips is that they’re crunchy, savory, with that perfect combo or spicy, salty, and tangy. They’re so easy to make that you can make a couple a batch or two in no time! The only caution, as is with all chips, make sure they cool fully – or they will stay soggy. Other than that, you do you. Change up the seasonings, oil, whatever sounds entertaining at the time. Happy noshing!
