Air Fryer Karele Chips

801

Crispy, crunchy, with a sharp flavor. Air fryer karele chips are fast, easy, and delicious.

I love karele in any form. So it’s really no shock that I pop them in the air fryer and use that as an excuse to eat more karele. What I love best about these amazing air fryer karele chips is that they have all that standard and traditional goodness that you want in your karele, but have the addition of the spice and tanginess. If you like karele, this will be one of those snacks that you think about in your lonely hours, and make often.

With summer perpetually around the corner, it’s time to shed the fluffy winter body and pretend like that bikini body may happen. So it’s all about low cal snacks, balanced diets, and all the yucky crap that comes with being a healthy person. It really is overrated, if you ask me. Panna cotta for breakfast, charcuterie for lunch, followed by a decadent truffle risotto sound so much better. Oh and cake! Cake is amazing. Uff, I’m a little light headed thinking of such amazingness. It’s a bit hard to center back to under 100 calorie snacks after that, isn’t it?

None the less, we shall persevere. Eat healthy, snack responsibly, and still splurge on senviyan. But back to these air fryer karele chips – honestly, diet or not, I’m a huge fan and binge on them all the time. They’re crisp, flavorful, and so easy to make. Which is exactly what I want in my snacks. Easy, speed, and a robust flavor. It’s slice, mix, air fry. Need other air fryer veggie chips? Try air fryer okra chips.
