Cardamom Chantilly Cream is a classic embellishment to pancakes, waffles, French pastry, génoise cakes, ice creams, and tarts. The possibilities are truly endless. I’ve used this cream as a filler or frosting for lovely cakes and cupcakes, as well. I just love the aromatic and intense flavor of the cardamom on top of the sweet whipped cream. It’s perfect regardless of if you’re a lover of sweets or someone that doesn’t have much of a sweet tooth.
One of my favorite go-to uses for this amazing whipped cream is cardamom French toast. The richness of the French toast is a perfect for aromatic sweetness of the whipped cream. That said, It’s also great for almond cardamom Victoria sandwich..who am I kidding, it’s great even just by the spoonful. It’s flavored whipped cream, what it there to say beyond, “Yum yum in my tum tum!” It’s easy to make, you change the flavor to whatever you want, and put it on anything you want. The best part about it is that it’s crazy easy and fast to make, so you can whip it up for any brunch and let everyone think you’re extra fancy for just whipping up flavored Chantilly cream like it was no big deal.
